William played high school baseball and football at North St. Francois County High School in Boone Terre, MO. He went on to play college ball at Southwest Baptist University (DII), where he was awarded the Rex Brown Award, given to a student-athlete who has exhibited strong Christian character, academic achievement, leadership qualities, and has had a major impact in their sport.
Will has also been an instructor at 2k Baseball & Choice Baseball. His coaching mindset is to “Create confident, self-coaching athletes who can teach others and impact their community on and off the field.”
