CORE Velocity builds the engine. Lessons polish the chrome. Warmup, speed, core, arm care, weighted-ball throwing, and monthly testing — two days a week so the next lesson starts on the skill, not on getting ready.
Ten players per class. When a side fills, that hour closes. No other class times right now.
Players are judged by velocity, spin, exit velo, and launch angle. Most lessons never measure any of it. Catch. Throw a few. Drill. Throw a few more. “Same time next week.” That is five hours a month if they buy the 10-pack — and a lot of max-effort work jammed into a slot that is too short to warm up, train, and recover.
Keep the private lesson. CORE builds the engine — warmup, speed, core, arm care, then throwing, with a test on day one and again the first class of every month. Lessons polish the chrome. Show up prepared and the lesson can stay on the skill instead of getting the body ready to work. The 10-pack stretches further because less of it gets spent on makeup.

Every position has to throw. Position players leave with faster transfers and stronger, more accurate throws. Pitchers leave with more strikes at or near peak velo. We do not force a stock delivery. We train movement patterns and sequencing so the athlete produces more with the body they have.
We isolate the transition points — arm action through pronation and deceleration, foot strike through hip and core rotation — then throw. Mechanics lectures do not raise output. Better movers do.
The first class of the month is a test day. Older players may test more often so the plan can change with the athlete.

The package we recommend
30-minute private lesson
Skill work with an instructor
Pairs with CORE, does not replace it
Fill one 4–5 p.m. class with 10 players. One roster. One invoice. That hour belongs to the team.
$360 per player instead of $400. A full class is $3,600 a month.
You are not buying a 30-minute slot. You are buying 8–9 hours, two days on the calendar, arm care, and a monthly test. Two private lessons a week at $55 is $440 and still only an hour of work. CORE is cheaper per hour and harder to skip.
No. Any baseball or softball player with an arm. Also useful for anyone who delivers force through the kinetic chain — overhand, underhand, even golf and volleyball if they want the class.
Risk is never zero. Used with common sense they are mostly safe. The underload ball is the one that gets people in trouble. Workload is managed in class. Notify the instructor if they also have a pitching lesson the same day so the dose gets cut.
Workout clothes and a water bottle. A glove is optional. The first class is a paid session and includes the baseline test.
Yes. Players who stay in the class through showcase season are usually better conditioned than athletes who only take weekly lessons.
Choose the $400 month-to-month plan. The $1,100 three-month package saves $100 and covers two test cycles.
One invoice, $3,600 a month, 10 players in the 4–5 p.m. hour. That is a full class. We do not add an 11th kid to the same hour.
Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu. The three-month package is $1,100. Month-to-month is $400. A team hour is $3,600. Private lessons remain on the Lessons page.
